DELIVERY DETAILS
We offer both Standard and Express shipping options to get your order to you as quickly as possible. All orders are dispatched from Malle HQ in London within 24 hours, usually within 2 hours of placing your order. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your package ships.
FREE SHIPPING:
- UK orders over £100: Free Standard Delivery
- International orders over £350: Free Standard Delivery
- Free shipping orders are sent via regular mail using Standard timelines

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & CUSTOMS
If you order from outside the UK, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges that may apply. Malle London is not liable for any local or import taxes on international orders.
US Customers: Orders under $800 should not incur customs charges. Orders over $800 may be subject to customs fees, which must be paid by the recipient.
Important: Any orders rejected by customers at the port of entry will be returned to Malle London. Any associated charges will be deducted from your refund.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Currently, Malle London ships to 46 countries worldwide. At this time, we do not offer delivery to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US Territories.
