THE MILE RACES
Over a decade ago, The Malle Mile experience began with a gloriously bad idea: to host a motorcycle race that nobody wins. It started at a humble 18th-century manor house in South London, a makeshift grass sprint track, 37 friends, racing from sunrise to sunset. When the racing stopped, the now-legendary Mile After Party began.
As the community grew, so did The Malle Mile. Today, at our spectacular home, at Grimsthorpe Castle, The Malle Mile now features motorcycle experiences for every type of rider, from non-competitive off-road scrambles and on-road rallies, to over a dozen races for all ages, all machines, and all experience levels - united by the love of this historically eclectic motorcycle culture.
Whether you’re 4 or 74, a complete novice or a seasoned racer, if you love riding in mud or on tarmac, on modern or vintage bikes, there’s a Malle Mile adventure waiting for you. The Mile isn’t so much about lap times or trophies, it’s about camaraderie, chaos, and the joy and fun of riding, of lining up on a bike with friends, strangers, and legends alike and riding as much as you can.
